Tomorrow sees Stretford Paddock hoping to continue their recent run of positive results when they travel to face West Didsbury & Chorlton Reserves. In the reverse fixture that saw Paddock comfortably win 4-2 at home they will be hoping for something similar this time around.

Paddock have won their past three matches following their lone defeat of the season against Mersey valley a month ago. However, the performances haven’t been living up to expectations and this game will be a test to grab the performance before they travel to table toppers Clay Brow FC in five days’ time.

Saturday saw Paddock snatch three vital points following an extremely late winner away to Maine Road Reserves.

Victory on Saturday leaves Paddock within touching of the top two whilst still holding games in hand. Paddock sit third and only nine points behind Clay Brow who have played three extra matches than Paddock. Whilst Pilkington under 23s remain second having not played over the weekend one point off the top with a game in hand on the leaders.

West Didsbury & Chorlton are currently in 10th with 16 points from 15 games. The hosts come into the game having lost their previous league fixture 2-0 against Moore United.

Kieron Molloy returns to the squad following his three-match suspension and could be in line to feature in the match.  Ellis pacer following his impressive cameo appearance on Saturday will be hoping that could be enough to push the youngster in the starting line-up.
