Our club was founded in 2020 with the goal of bringing high-quality, competitive football to our local community, and we’ve been working hard to achieve this goal ever since.Currently, we have three sides – our first team, reserves and Under 21s – that compete in various leagues across the North West of England. Our first team, in particular, competes in the Cheshire league, which is the 13th tier of the English football pyramid. While we may be a relatively new club, our long-term goal is to find our own home in the borough of Trafford and one day compete in the FA Cup – the oldest football competition in the world.What makes us different from other football clubs is that we’re entirely fan-owned. With over 1300 members, who have a say in the running of the club, we’re a true community club that puts our supporters at the heart of everything we do. We believe that our fans are the backbone of the club and that’s why we involve them in every decision we make.In addition to our senior teams, we’re also expanding our academy with over 20 junior teams and 400 children joining this year alone. Stretford Paddock FC are excited to unveil our new kit design for the 24/25 season, uniquely titled the "Code Breaker" kit, as a tribute to the incredible legacy of Mancunian hero, Alan Turing OBE. This design was democratically chosen by our dedicated members, through a community-driven voting process.This season's kit marks a bold departure from our traditional red and white, transitioning to a striking black and red design. Named the "Code Breaker," this kit symbolises innovation and progress, reflecting our club's respect for historical figures who have paved the way for modern advancements. It embodies our commitment to breaking new ground, both on and off the field.The kit, inspired by the words and works of Alan Turing, features a quote from the original code-breaker himself, which resonates with what we are trying to build, as a club.We can only see a short distance ahead, but we can see plenty there that needs to be done.Thank you for your unwavering support and for playing a crucial role in this exciting phase of our club's journey. While we may be a relatively new club, our long-term goal is to find our own home in the borough of Trafford and one day compete in the FA Cup – the oldest football competition in the world.What makes us different from other football clubs is that we’re entirely fan-owned. With over 1300 members, who have a say in the running of the club, we’re a true community club that puts our supporters at the heart of everything we do. We believe that our fans are the backbone of the club and that’s why we involve them in every decision we make.In addition to our senior teams, we’re also expanding our academy with over 20 junior teams and 400 children joining this year alone. We’re thrilled to be providing opportunities for young footballers to develop their skills and become part of the Stretford Paddock FC family.We’re proud to have documented the birth of our club on our YouTube channel, where we have over 50,000 subscribers.
