Job Summary: The Video Producer for a football club is responsible for leading a small team in the creation and production of high-quality video content for the club's YouTube channel and social media platforms. - Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing, communications, and brand management teams to develop a comprehensive video content strategy that aligns with the football club's goals, brand identity, and target audience. Regularly review and update the strategy based on performance metrics and audience feedback.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of video production professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
- Video Production: Oversee all aspects of video production, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production. Ensure that all content adheres to the club's brand guidelines and meets the highest quality standards.
- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently. Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Social Media Integration: Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement strategies for sharing and promoting video content across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Live Event Coverage: Plan and execute live video coverage of football matches, press conferences, and other club events, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of video production equipment, ensuring that all gear is in good working condition and up to date. Manage the budget for equipment purchases and rentals as needed.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of video content across all platforms, using data-driven insights to inform future decisions. Prepare regular reports for senior management on video content performance and audience engagement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual budget for video production activities, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience in video production, preferably within the sports industry or a football club.
